Last weekend I had the honor of photographing the birthday party for one of my sweet little client’s who turned one! He had such a fabulous party with the perfect little decorations, amazing food from Food+Fun and even a photo booth!

Ok, I’m sadly behind on my blog again. It is spring… and spring is the second busiest season next to fall so I have lots of catching up to do! I do always post sneak peeks on Facebook so if you’re not a fan- be sure to go here to check out the latest from SFP! Facebook Fan Page

This morning I had the honor of having a guest photographer in the studio for a mentoring session with me. We had a great time working with a newborn, 10 month old (and Grace too!) and talking shop all day. Here’s a peek at those cuties we got to work with!

This evening I had a session with such a sweet family we have gotten to know over this past year. We met at their house for a fun evening session in their backyard. It was perrrrrrfect. I flagged so many favorites from the session…. this was definitely one of my favorites of the sweet twins!

What a great day. I love my job so incredibly much. <3 On to another sweet newborn tomorrow followed by another evening family session!

Ahhhh, I love doing these sessions every year. If you are anything like me, you are always behind the camera and never in front of it. It’s time to capture you with your beautiful children! Easter minis day two is complete! Another beautiful morning for us at the studio field and another set of beautiful children to photograph.

We are having an Usborne Books party at the studio tomorrow (Sunday) from 2-4 if you’d like to come by and hang out with us for a bit and check out some amazing baby and children’s books sold by our very own studio manager, Mandy!! <3

I was contacted by one of my sorority sisters from college about doing a mini session for her in her beautiful city of Maryville, Tennessee as Chad and I were to be on our way to Gatlinburg. Of course I had to say YES! It was so great to see her and her growing family and this location was absolutely perfect. We hope to travel back up in May to photograph that sweet new little one!

What a beautiful Saturday morning for a session! We had two mini sessions at the studio this morning with the first being with sweet Miss A who is already 6 months old… wow! She has the most gorgeous eyelashes you’ve ever seen!

Next up was sweet C who is now 18 months. I wanted to try out this spot at our studio field and I instantly fell in love. I just adore this shot of him! <3
